I’ve grown up fishing on the west coast. I would fish the creeks and lakes at Big Bear & Mamoth mountain one weekend. Then surf fish the shores of Huntington beach the next. When I was a teenager I would take trips to Catalina island, to catch yellow tail & halibut. I spent several summers back east. Fishing rivers and streams in Vermont and New York. Catching rainbow and brown trout. I eventually left California and moved to Florida. I spent 3 years fishing out of Islamorda key. Catching sailfish, dorado and tuna. Fishing the Everglades as a teenager. I received my PH.D. in bass fishing.

I moved to Washington in 1998. My passion for catching steelhead and salmon quickly turned into a obsession. Right away I noticed that I was catching more salmon and steelhead, than the average guy in the line up. I grew tired of the long hikes to get away from the crowds of combat fishing. I purchased my first jet sled and realized the possibilities were endless. I would take friends, co workers and family fishing and consistently limit out. I noticed my boss and my wife did not appreciate that I was fishing over 150 days per year. So I switched careers to become a fishing guide and the rest is history.

As a river fishing guide here in the Northwest. I am able to experience the great outdoors year round. I enjoy watching people light up with excitement when they land their first steelhead, salmon, or finally hold that prized catch of a lifetime in their arms. I take great pride in owning and operating my own business. I Have obtained and maintain my US coast guard Captains license. I take your safety on the water very seriously. Your safety and comfort are my number one priority. Rest assured you will have a quality guided fishing adventure.

I will provide you with all the necessities you will need. We also provide photos and videos of the trip. Relax and take in the great outdoors and incredible scenery the river has to offer. Wildlife is abundant in the great north west. It is common to see osprey, deer, coyotes, river otters, beavers and other types of wild life.

So join me on a fishing adventure in the great north west !
